In his story we find out about the Watcher's, how they began and what their role was from the beginning and what it has become. We also get to see Quinn and Katrina as we never have before again from Quinn's point of view. For an added taste of Royal Blood Chronicles ten chapters of Katrina, the Beginning are also included along with four chapters of Elizabeth Loraine's new series Phantom Lives, book one, Collier.

Really like it.
I would recommend this book to anyone. A good read. I will buy the next book soon. I stayed up all night.
Good series keeps me coming back for more!
Disappointed in the way it leaves you hanging so you have to go to another book to continue. Most books give you some closure but hint at a future.
It was too short.. story ended at 32 percent the rest was the first couple chapters of Katrina the Beginning
This is the book that made me want to write vampire novels. Elizabeth Loraine is an excellent writer who develops strong female leads. Her characters come across as real and worthy of my time. Even if you are not a fan of vampire novels, you will be when you finish this.
I thought that this book would give more information on the Voss Brothers, specifically Quinn. Instead, it gives a very short story on Quinn, and on how he and Katrina grew up. From that point forward, it's just a repeat of Katrina, The Beginning. What a waste, especially since this excerpt could have been included in the Katrina book from the start. A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
